Within ILN, Lavinia is the central point for communications, administration, and operations. She manages digital assets, builds and maintains structured workflows, develops processes, and drives the social media strategy, while ensuring the day-to-day organisational work is handled with clarity and precision. Her focus is on creating the repeatable systems and operational foundations that allow ILN to deliver high-level leadership and negotiation content at scale.
Zsuzsanna Ferenczi works with leaders and leadership teams seeking to build more conscious, human-centred organisations.
She brings more than two decades of international business experience, including senior roles at global companies such as Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and Citibank. Her work focuses on leadership development, organisational culture, and helping leaders create environments built on trust, clarity, and accountability.
Zsuzsanna is also a partner at the Conscious Business Institute and co-author of Enter Your Flow. Through coaching and mentoring, she supports leaders in developing the awareness and judgement required to lead effectively in complex environments.
Fiona Garvey is an experienced CEO and business leader with more than two decades of international experience in business development, strategy, and organisational leadership. She has held senior leadership roles in global technology companies and currently serves as CEO of the digital media company Softonic.

Mike Inman is a commercial negotiation expert and trainer with over 25 years of experience leading complex B2B negotiations across manufacturing, defence, technology, hospitality, and beyond. He has personally led more than 1,000 Fortune 500 negotiations totalling over $1 billion, and has trained more than 30,000 negotiators across 30 countries on 6 continents, with 95% of his work coming from repeat clients.

Stephen Stynes is an entrepreneur, executive coach, and facilitator with over four decades of experience studying human behaviour, leadership, and personal growth. Natalya Berdikyan is an international leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker with over 20 years of experience across multinational corporations, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership. She is the Founder of Leadership by Design Academy, a PCC-accredited coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and collaborates with the Leadership & Negotiations Institute on leadership, communication, and negotiation programs.
Natalya coaches founders, senior executives, and leadership teams globally, facilitating leadership development programs, negotiations and communication workshops, executive offsites, and retreats that help leaders and organizations thrive without sacrificing wellbeing, connection, or purpose.
She also serves as a Communications Coach at IESE Business School, supporting leaders in executive presence, influence, and high-stakes conversations.
