The Institute of Leadership and Negotiation (ILN) is a home for leadership and negotiation thinking.
We work with founders and leadership teams who want to strengthen how they lead together particularly when conversations are complex, perspectives differ, and trust matters. Our work focuses on the real moments that shape organisations: how leaders communicate, challenge one another, and navigate disagreement without damaging relationships or performance.
ILN is not a training provider. We are a practice-led organisation focused on helping leadership teams develop the capability to handle difficult conversations well, consistently, and with maturity.
How we work
ILN’s work is deliberately practical and grounded in real leadership contexts. We create structured spaces where leadership teams can slow down, think clearly, and practise better ways of working together.
